NDFS-H sea torch applies to the flame of offshore drilling platform and offshore rotary-arm. Its emission is smaller than land torch.The torch consists of wind hood,  disk to receive oil fitting environmental requirements ang resisting sea gale interference to combustion.Its combustion arm as long as 30 to 40 meters, can rotate 0 ~ 2700 by electrical motor or hydraulic drive unit with a location at any position.
